Traditions and rituals are the primary inspiration for Maša's participatory works. Meaning is never static. It's shaped by the medium and audience interaction. It surrenders to the perpetual flux of life.

Maša Travljanin is a Bosnian-Slovenian artist. She began her artistic education at the School of Fine Arts in Ljubljana (2013), initially focusing on painting. She continued her studies at the Art Academy London, earning a Fine Arts Diploma (2019), the Emerging Sculptor Award (2019), and a Bachelor of Arts degree (2020). Over time, her practice evolved into installation and participatory work, in which connection became the main objective.

Since 2021, she has been based between Ljubljana and Antwerp, where she continues to experiment across mediums and public art formats.
